Weekly Schedule
Monday: Teacher professional development and planning day
Check teacher Schoology pages for work on Monday evening after 5:00pm for weekly tasks
- Math, Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, Exploratory
- Make a plan for the week and which tasks you will accomplish each day at a minimum.
Tuesday-Friday: Distance learning days
STUDENT TIP 1: Students should check their email once in the morning and once in the afternoon as a good habit.
STUDENT TIP 2: Take a picture of the lesson on your phone or print it out if other people in your family need access to the computer.

Possible Student Schedule
Students prepare for the day by creating a schedule and setting a goal for what you will accomplish for the day. Focus your day on outcomes not on hours spent. Our goal is to encourage academic engagement and support your learning throughout the process.
Your health and well-being is first and foremost. Eat healthy, drink lots of water, each meal should consist of 10% fruits, 20% proteins, 30% grains and 40% veggies.
8:30 am Start your day with Physical Activity
- Muscular Exercises- Leg raises, lunges, sit-ups, squats, planks, push ups, and work around the house
- Cardio Fitness- Walk, jumping jacks, march in place, go up and down stairs, bike ride, walk the dog, jump rope and dancing.
9:00 am morning announcements
Watch the morning launch available on www.flipgrid.com and using the flip code- dailylaunchsabin. Flipgrid app can be downloaded on a phone. Announcements will run from Tuesday-Friday.
9:10 am- engage in the activities and tasks that teachers have posted on Schoology, email or the packet you may receive in the US mail.
