This class introduces students to a variety of video editing applications like iMovie on their iPads, Adobe Spark Video, and MovieMaker on the classroom PCs. This course gives students an opportunity to enhance their creativity by producing animation public service announcements, stop motion shorts (like claymation or Lego animation), old school flipbooks, music videos, and commercials using green screen technology.  Students learn video camera techniques like camera angles, types of distance shots, and lighting.  Other projects include Khan Academy's Pixar in a Box curriculum, researching famous movie directors, computer science animation, keyboarding warm-ups, and copyright basics for using images and music the right way.
