• 2020 -21 Advanced Placement Exams ​

    AP test registration began in August - October 2, by students "joining" their AP course using their teacher assigned join code. Students will need to join their AP classes ASAP by creating or accessing their College Board account in order to gain access to AP Classroom resources.   The school district is committed to supporting the AP program and assures that all students who want to take an AP exam has access to one.  School District 11 will pay for all student AP exams for the 2020-21 school year. Most colleges and universities consider a score of 3, 4, and 5 as a passing score, but students should check with their college or university of choice to determine how that score is articulated. You can usually find that information on the college website.

    Accommodations: If any accommodations (documented) are needed in order for your child to take the AP test, please notify me ASAP at ann.schulzki@d11.org or 328-4172 - Ann Schulzki or check with your counselor.  This process may take some time so plan early.  AP accommodations should be submitted by January 15, 2021. 
     

    Spring 2021 - AP Exams 

     

    The AP Exam test window is: May 3 - 14, 2021. If the College Board continues with a traditional exam administration, most exams will be administered on the Coronado campus in the Auxilliary Gym to maintain appropriate social distancing.  Labs will be used for Language and Music Theory exams - specific locations will be indicated as we get closer to the test window in May. Exam confirmation will be distributed to students one week prior to tests, however, exam confirmation will continue with students prior to fall registration, Oct. 2 and Spring registration for Microeconomics, March 12.
