Odyssey ECCO Headlines and Announcements

  • Odyssey ECCO Parents & Students,

    Please join us for an Accuplacer Information Night on Thursday, October 11, from 6:00 - 7:00 pm, in the Mini-Auditorium. We will be discussing the new Accuplacer testing requirements and cover the following topics:

    • How and when students are tested.
    • How students are placed into English and Math at Odyssey and how high school credits are earned for both high school and college level classes.
    • How Accuplacer scores are used to guide student college course placement.
    • Graduation Requirements.
    • Provide a brief overview of student schedules for Spring Semester.

    Parents of new students are strongly encouraged to attend, as many of the questions that parents and students have will be answered at this information session. Existing parents are also welcome since we will be covering the new Accuplacer tests and the requirements for college course entry.

  • Good Afternoon Odyssey Early College and Career Options families:

    We have our first Dream Dinners Fundraiser next week! Who doesn't love having a few meals that are prepped and ready to cook in the freezer for those busy fall nights? Each month our Culinary CTE program will be offering a three meal Dream Dinner pack for only $34.99. This is below the price you would pay if you went to Dream Dinners yourself, but you don't have to prep it and our culinary program gets 10.00 for each pack sold!!

    To place your order online, just click the link. Orders are due by October 12th.

    If you would prefer to order on paper, stop by the Service Center for an order form. All orders are due by Friday, October 12th. Meals will be prepared on Wednesday, October 17th so plan on picking them up that day!

  • Odyssey ECCO Off Campus Students,

    The 2018 October Count window begins on Wednesday, September 26th. Any students that are off campus full time and not attending Odyssey for any classes, are required to have an Enrollment Count Day Attendance Record filled out and signed by the course instructor for each off campus class. Please make sure that the form lists the time of the class, the instructor's initials next to each date you attend, and their signature and title at the bottom of the form. Forms are available on the Odyssey ECCO homepage or by clicking the link below. Completed forms are due to the Counseling Center by Friday, October 15, 2018.   • In-State College Fair

    There will be an In-State College Fair on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 from 9:30-10:30 AM at Coronado High School. A bus will be provided from Odyssey ECCO to Coronado HS for 10th, 11th and 12th grade students who have signed up with Ms. Taura in the Counseling Center and who have turned in a signed permission slip. Space is limited, so sign up quickly!
