We are thankful to our D11 families for their continued dedication to our schools and district. Although the start of this school year has been challenging, we are grateful for the collaborative spirit that has been evident in our students’ remote learning. We continue to encourage all families to keep the lines of communication open with your child’s teachers and school. Together we will continue to Inspire Every Mind, despite the circumstances of the pandemic.
Below you will find helpful links to keep your student successfully working remotely.
Join School District 11 leaders for the final community event in our Beyond the Mask: Trust Building and Listening Tour, March 4 at 6 pm, on Facebook Live. The topic for this conversation is "Taking the Pulse: Community Thoughts for Moving Forward" and we would like to hear the thoughts of our students, families, staff, and community members in our continued effort to grow and strengthen the district in the pandemic era. Please visit D11.org/BeyondTheMask for more information, and to submit your thoughts and questions, to add to the conversation!
It’s an exciting time in D11 as we look to the future and plan a journey for years to come! You may know D11 has embarked on new Academic and Facilities master plans. Our community has been engaging with us as we ask for their input and feedback on both of these plans. There are still opportunities to give your feedback this semester. Please visit www.d11.org/rebuilding to learn about each of these plans and how they will help shape the future of School District 11.
