Mrs. Kimberly Harper, 1st Grade Teacher

     Mrs. Harper's undergraduate degree is in nursing and she has worked as a nurse in the neonatal ICU off and on since 1979. She has raised six children, five boys and a girl. While her boys were young she spent countless hours volunteering in their schools and realized then that she would love to become a teacher.
     She is thrilled to be working with Trailblazer first-graders. They are all very special and have so much to offer. She is always intrigued by how enthusiastic and eager they are to learn.
     Aside from teaching, Mrs. Harper is grateful for each and every minute she spends with her family. She loves the outdoors, especially skiing, camping, and scuba-diving. If she's indoors, she's often quilting or reading a good book.
