2. Collect academic intervention data-record in Aimsweb (ie Probes, Tutoring, SuccessMaker...)

3. Click here to use the behavioral spreadsheet to track behavioral interventions. (See Mike or Jane)

4. Fill out this form to refer a student to the  PST-Click Here
     --> Save a copy to your "U" drive

5. Send as an attachment to Kim

7. A PST member (consultant) will meet with you prior to the PST meeting.

8. Kim will set up a time to meet with PST. (She will email you the time.)
