MESSAGE FROM OUR PRINCIPAL:
Emerson-Edison Junior Academy is a 6th, 7th, and 8th grade partnership school designed to serve students from District Eleven and surrounding areas.
The design for the partnership school is based on careful research and best practices. It includes both tried-and-true and innovative approaches to curriculum, teaching methods, and technology. It is exciting and comprehensive, and has at its core a conviction that every child has a desire to know and understand, and that learning is the most important journey in every person’s life.
We are committed to ensuring students’ competency in basic skills, we hold high expectations for every child, and our educators are held accountable for the results they achieve. We believe that together, in partnership, we can make great schools a reality.
