Columbia Elementary is a smaller school which allows us to be able to meet
the individual needs of our students. The keys to our success are a
committed staff, dedicated parents and strong community support. The
enrichment activities we offer challenges our students and gives them a
sense of belonging and pride in themselves and in their community. Columbia
is a school where ideas are shared and a positive environment leads to
enthusiastic participation and learning.
Perhaps our mission statement says it best: It is the mission of Columbia
School to increase student achievement by creating a learning community that
will encourage positive character in every person and provide an environment
that inspires curiosity and discovery of learning.
