MESSAGE FROM OUR PRINCIPAL:
Columbia’s staff is committed to the academic success of all students and
follows the Schoolwide Instruction Plan. All students are making positive
strides in their educational growth. We believe that all students want to
learn and can learn, and that success breeds success. Students learn to
appreciate cultural diversity through interacting respectfully with others.
As a small school, we are able to meet many of our students’ individual
needs. Parental and community support, as well as a committed staff, are the
keys to our success. The enrichment activities we offer our students
challenges them and gives them a sense of belonging, as well as pride in
themselves and in their community. Columbia is a school where ideas are
shared and a positive environment leads to enthusiastic participation and
