  Luciano Pavarotti was a famous opera singer. He lived to be 71 years old. He had two different wives, four daughters, and one granddaughter. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer which was the cause of his death on September 6, 2007. At the age of nine, Luciano started to sing with his father which he loved very much. He may have wanted to be a soccer player but found out the singing was his passion.
