Requirements for Participation
- Students must pay a $40 athletic fee per sport, prior to the first
competition. (Guidelines for reduced fees may be obtained by contacting
the building administration)
- Students must complete nine practices prior to their first scrimmage or
competition for each sport.
- Students must maintain the eligibility requirements for grades as
established by the school
- Students must have the following on file at the school prior to trying out
for the team:
- A yellow "Colorado High School Activities Association Statement of
Physician and Parent for Athletic Participation" card, which contains parent
signature, physician signature indicating that they have had a physical
within the year and insurance coverage.

- A blue "Emergency Information/Consent for Emergency Treatment for
Interscholastic Activity Injuries" card will be handed out by coaches for
each sport.
