Parent's Corner
We would like to
welcome you to Sabin Middle School. We believe education is a
partnership between teachers, parents, students, and administrators.
When we all work together, students achieve more.
We urge parents to communicate with teachers and attend
school events as well as monitoring their student's homework, progress,
and attendance. There are also many volunteer
opportunities available, ranging from one day to all year.
Parent Connection by Telephone
District 11 provides a student information phone
system for parents at 520-2300. The system provides up-to-date information on
student attendance, assignments for secondary students, grades, schedules,
standards and benchmarks for elementary students, school and classroom news.
This information is an abbreviated version of what is available to District 11
parents through Parent Connection on the Internet. To access this
student-information phone system, parents will use the same PIN and password
assigned for access to Parent Connection on the Internet (PIN and password
information are issued to parents by the school).

School District 11 has updated its automated
phone system to provide information about D-11, including -- but not
limited to -- information about school delays/closures, meals, full-day
kindergarten, facility rental, registration, homeschooling, athletic fees,
dress code, community education, alternative secondary programs and Board
of Education meetings. Dial 719-520-2300 or 1-866-433-8411 (outside the
Colorado Springs area) to use the system with speech recognition or with
touchtone.
