The lockers will be assigned by the main office or
counseling office once we have received the completed emergency and health forms
for a student. There is only one student
allowed in each locker. Students are urged not to give the combination to any other
students. Lockers will not be opened to retrieve belongings stored
in someone else's locker. Lockers are school property and are subject to search
in the event it becomes necessary. Students are urged not to keep
valuable possessions or money in their lockers. Sabin is not responsible
for items taken from a locker. Locker inspection and clean-outs are
held by teams. For the protection of student property, we do not
open lockers for students without positive ID, which must be presented
to the Counseling office secretary before any locker will be opened.
Damage to or inoperative lockers should be reported to the custodians for
repair. District 11 has a random search procedure by dogs for illegal
substances or weapons possibly kept in lockers.
