ATTENTION PARENTS OF 8TH GRADERS
HIGH SCHOOL OPEN HOUSE DATES ARE AS FOLLOWS: Doherty: January 16, 2008 @ 6:15 p.m. Coronado: January 16, 2008 @ 6:30 p.m. Palmer: January 17, 2008 @ 6:00 p.m. Wasson: January 23, 2008 @ 6:30 p.m. Mitchell: January 24, 2008 @ 6:30 p.m. THESE SESSIONS WILL BE HELD AT THE VARIOUS HIGH SCHOOLS. During these evenings the high schools will provide an overview of their curriculums, special programs, sports, clubs, and other extra curricular activities. It will be your opportunity to meet administrators, counselors, teachers and coaches. Although anyone is welcomed to attend the Open House for a school at which they are seeking a permit, you should also attend the session for your home school. Once your permit is approved, your home school will forward your child’s registration information to the permit school. On January 25th at 2:30 p.m. counselors from all five high schools will be at Sabin to register any students who were not able to attend the open house/registration nights listed on the front page of this newsletter.

High School Open House and Registration 2007-2008
All 8th grade parents and students are encouraged to attend the high school open house for their school of attendance. You will receive an overview of the high school experience, as well as registration information. Doherty is providing a exclusive registration night on January 16 for our Sabin parents and students. If you are unable to attend the 16th, you may attend on the 14th with other middle schools. On January 23, Doherty will have a registration night for only Sabin students at 6:30pm at Doherty High School. Please see the calendar below for specific dates.
