Meet Rudy's Principal

Julie Foster

Dear Rudy Community,

Welcome to our website and school.  For the past 25 years Rudy Elementary has had a reputation for providing students with a nurturing and safe environment where students are challenged to meet their potential through high quality standards based instruction.  The teaching staff at Rudy is widely recognized for their expertise in meeting the needs of their students. 
 
As well as a vigorous academic environment, the staff and students create a learning environment that is physically and emotionally safe.  Our students are taught the importance of respect for each other, the staff and community members.  We emphasize cooperation and teamwork.  We encourage Rudy students to take responsibility of both their learning and behavior.

Rudy is a community school.  We have a large number of wonderful volunteers who help with all aspects of the school-- from creating bulletin boards, listening to students read, to Parent Teacher Community Organization and the School Accountability and Leadership Team.  If you would like to become part of the Rudy Volunteer Community, please contact Amy or Bonnie in the front office for more details.
