Rudy Elementary School Parent Survey 2005-2006

A school system constantly tries to improve the quality of education the students receive. At Rudy, we want to continually improve the quality of education for our students. Our goal is to ensure that each student is making the best possible progress. We know that all parents share in this goal. Please complete this survey and return to your child’s classroom. We need and value your input. The survey will take approximately 10 – 12 minutes of your time. If you have more than one child at Rudy, please complete one full survey for one child and for each other child at Rudy just complete the grade level and the section on Quality of Instruction.
