Hello! My mission is to assist in creating a caring learning environment where all students achieve and experience pride in their success. Some of the tasks I do are mentioned below.
I assist all students in developing and practicing conflict resolution skills and friendship building skills. I coordinate the Rudy Ridgerunner Award program to recognize student academic achievement and community-building skills. I work with staff to plan for individual student needs and I chair the Problem-Solving Team (formerly called the Child Study Team). I coordinate School Bell and Thanksgiving and Christmas help to families. I work with individuals and groups on specific social and behavioral skills. I am involved with students who have an IEP, for testing and to work on social and behavioral skills.
