Mission Statement:

  As the Principal of Will Rogers Elementary I will support and help facilitate the full deployment of Continuous Quality Improvement processes within our system. I will model this to our stakeholders through effective communication, student and staff safety process, and continued improved processes for instructional practices. This will be measured by an increased student achievement by all students at Rogers Elementary on CSAP and Terra Nova assessments during the 2005-2006 school year.
