If you are not sure which District 11 school your child should attend, please call 520-2297 or click here to locate your local school. A student enrolling in a D-11 school for the first time will need to submit a birth certificate, social security number, proof of residency and proof of immunization at the time of enrollment. The immunization requirements have changed. Click here for details. Students entering kindergarten must be 5 years old by Oct. 1, 2007 (Policy JEB).
