Books
for
Everyone!
Students have open access to our library from
7:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Each of our 200 students
in grades Preschool-Fifth has a
library card. Students in first through fifth grades can independently check out books using the
library's automated circulation system. They can also search through
over 5,000 books and resources using iBistro, our electronic catalog.
Students
visit the computer lab individually, in small groups, or as a class. Each year, students
have the opportunity to increase their technology skills. Students learn to
evaluate the quality of the information they obtain from a variety
of sources. Additionally, many students increase their learning by
working in the lab on
a program called SuccessMaker.
