Sniffing Out the Bargains
Unsure if you are getting a good price? Don’t know which vendors are offering what you need? Need a dose of competitive pricing? Then send a detailed description of what you wish to buy to the Procurement Office. We will conduct a Market Survey by posting your requirement to the Web and e-mailing the product description to a list of applicable vendors in our database. Once this information* is received, we will pass it along to you so you can purchase using either a Purchase Order or your P-Card.
