District 11 Announces New Vision, Mission and Goals At its regular meeting June 24, 2009, the School District 11 Board of Education approved a new vision, mission and goals, promising to prepare all students for a world yet to be imagined. The district’s vision, mission, values, beliefs and goals are outlined below: EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY – SCHOOL DISTRICT VISION, MISSION AND GOALS Vision: Every student prepared for a world yet to be imagined Mission: Provide excellent, distinctive educational experiences that equip students for success today and in the future Values: District 11 values: ▪ Students ▪ Quality staff ▪ Diversity ▪ A data-driven culture ▪ Passion ▪ Strategic vision ▪ Collaboration ▪ Integrity Beliefs: We believe in excellence in all we do.
