sharing will be honored by assuring that effective organizational
structures with meaningful purposes are in place.

Support for school-wide decisions is each individual’s
responsibility.

Planning, research, design and recommendations related to
school-wide decisions are more effectively accomplished by smaller groups
with high interest.

Decisions that have narrower impact are made by those
closest to the issue with the knowledge of appropriate others.

We are all responsible for the results of our individual

Leadership and active participation
