Middle Years: Community Service
MYP students must complete a community service requirement during each of their two years in the program. Documentation using the Community service form must be received by May 2 in the IB Office. Students who do not submit their forms on time may be excluded from the program. Carolyn Derr, MYP Coordinator, oversees the community service.

Diploma Years: CAS

Form CAS/AEF is required for each activity and must be completed and submitted at the conclusion of the activity. A singe copy of Form CAS/SFS must be submitted by seniors only in the spring. Failure to submit these forms will make the student ineligible to receive the IB. Steve Kern, DP Coordinator, oversees the CAS requirement.

Middle Years: Personal Project supervisor registration

During the second semester of 9th grade, students must complete the Personal Project registration form. Failure to submit the registration form by the date indicated will result in exclusion from the Middle Years program. The form can be obtained from Carolyn Derr, MYP Coordinator, who oversees the Personal Project process.

Diploma Program: Extended Essay

During the second semester of 11th grade, students complete the extended essay registration form. This form should be submitted to the IB Office by the date specified in the EE information packet distributed through junior English classes. Additional copies of this packet are available in the IB Office.
Steve Kern, DP Coordinator, oversees the EE process.
