Atheletic Booster Club

What We Do As A Club

The MHS Booster Club is a volunteer organization.  One of our main focuses is to support athletic teams and coaches in a variety of ways.

Currently we sponsor a Bingo session on Saturday nights at Jackpot Bingo. If you are unable to work a session, join the fun and play Bingo.

Many of our members sell concessions and promotional items at home sporting events to boost school spirit.   Funds that we raise are used

to assist with special projects and/or improvements within Mitchell High School, to help coaches purchase uniforms or needed equipment for

their teams, or to help with travel expenses that may incur during their season. We have also had members help build the baseball dugouts.

If selling merchandise or working bingo doesn’t interest you, we do a variety of other activities to show our support and school spirit.  We

sponsor a Senior Recognition Night in honor of all senior athletes; we sponsor a Sport’s Night Barbeque and teacher appreciation luncheon. 

The MHS Booster Club has been known to work with alumni to help with class reunions and have sponsored families during the holiday

season during their time of need.  Help us make a difference in your child’s school.  Please join the MHS Booster Club.

Meetings

General membership meetings are held the first Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Marauder Room across from the Office.

The meetings are used to communicate the status of current events and discuss new opportunities for helping our athletic teams and school.

Purpose of the Club

This association shall support, encourage and advance the athletic program and related activities of Mitchell High School and thereby cultivate

 clean, wholesome school sprit, promote good sportsmanship and develop high ideals of character.
