Kimmie Messiner takes Silver at Skate America!
At the 2007 skate America Kimmie Meissner took the silver medal home. Meeisner skated a beautiful program with little errors. Landing mostly triples the young teen tried her best. Beat out by Miki Ando Meeisner says she will come back next year with even more enthusiasm!

Senior Ladies Review National Championships

The 2006 world champion Kimmie Meisner is now also the 2007 national champion! Meisner landed everything clean in the long program except popping one jump. Emily hughs skated elegantly but falling on one jump. Hughs skated perfectly and in my opinion deserved the gold medal. The judges although thought different and put hughs in second place. The graceful Alissa Cizney skated with fast, crisp, centered spins. Cizney took first in the short program but was not so fortunate in the long program. Overall Alissa took third place. Bebe Liang skated a great short program. In the long program Liang skated horribly. Finally the young Rachel Flatts skated great doing a triple-triple combination in the long program. Finally here are the results of my opinion.
1. Emily Hughs
2. Kimmie Meisner
3. Alissa Cizney
4. Rachel Flatt
5. Bebe Liang
