Athletics Info

For all interscholastic athletic teams students must have the following on file before he/she is allowed to try out and participate. Forms are available at Jenkins, the D-11 Athletic Office or on-line as .pdf files. (Printable .pdf files require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view.)

A D-11 blue emergency card signed by the parent - click here for printable .pdf form

Jenkins athletes must maintain a C/3 average and have no F's or 1's to be eligible to compete in athletic events.
