Dear Jenkins Parents and Students,

              As we head into our CSAP testing, I would like to thank the parents for your support in promoting your students academic goals.  The Jenkins staff works hard all year with your students to make education a positive  experience.  I feel confident that our students are ready for CSAP and encourage you to continue to support them at home.  Please make sure your  child is in attendance everyday of testing and that they come to school well rested on testing days.  Each year we pick a theme for our testing  to motivate and show the kids that testing can be fun.  This year we are promoting the “CSAP Super Bowl.”  If your kids come home talking about scoring a touchdown on  CSAP they are paying attention to activities at the school.   We will have a pep-rally assembly on March 6th to get everyone excited about the upcoming testing week.  Using the football theme for our assembly, we have arranged to bring in a football coach from the Air Force Academy to address our student body. We will have passing/throwing contests,  a professional jump rope team will perform, and lots of other fun stuff.
