records are required for kindergarten registration at Jefferson
Children must be five years old by October 1, 2007
Original Birth
Certificate
Immunization Record
Social Security Number
Original closing/lease for home
Current proof of address
There is no advantage to coming early. However, it is important to
register on Friday, since our classes will probably be full by the end of the
day.

Children need to have a 2nd varicella (chicken pox) vaccination prior to the start of kindergarten
