Course Description:  Students with advanced skills in reading, thinking, and composition will utilize resources based on the year-long interdisciplinary theme, "Decades", an exploration of the key events and figures of the 20th century as we anticipate the arrival of the 21st century. Concentrated vocabulary development, theme-based spelling words, and higher-level thinking skills will be further developed. Research and speaking skills will be emphasized. Time management and goal setting will be stressed as well.
