The D-11 Home Education Support Program (HESP) housed at Audubon Elementary School won the Hispanic Heritage Art Show's poster contest in a collaborated effort under the direction of art teacher Andrew Kercher. The following students' art appears in the district's Safe Kids, Safe Communities, Safe Schools poster: Decker Milroy (kindergarten), Cole Grimes (third grade), Tory Marting (sixth grade) and Harrison Magby (eighth grade). Tauvi Fuller, third grade, won third place in the elementary level Hispanic Art Show.
