Hi.  My name is Rachel Henderson and I am teaching third grade at Freedom this year.  This is my second year at this marvelous school.  I taught first grade last year.  I graduated from Illinois State University in Normal, IL where I grew up.  I taught in Illinois and Georgia before moving to Colorado.  This is beginning my 11^th year of teaching and I look forward to a new group of kiddos every year!  I am especially excited to be teaching third grade this year, and embarking on a great adventure with these wonderful students.  I have two boys.  Hunter is 4 and started preschool this year.  Noah is 2 and thinks he is as old as his big brother!  I love being a mom and I am getting excited for my boys to start school and see what I get to do every day!
