My name is Denise Bryant and it is exciting to teach first grade at Freedom Elementary.  The students are fantastic and it’s a great joy to spend each day with them.  I have been teaching since 1991 and have taught first through sixth grade.  I graduated from the University of Colorado with both my bachelor’s and master’s degree.  My bachelor’s degree was in Sociology and my Master’s degree was in Curriculum and Instruction.  A little know fact about me is that I have lived in Italy, Okinawa, and most recently in Germany.  In my free time I love to travel, quilt, read books and work Sudoku puzzles.
