Bio: Pam Kocher

Hello, my name is Pam Kocher.  I am the Art teach here at Freedom Elementary.  This is my 6^th year with District Number Eleven as a teacher.  I have a Master of Education in Integrating the Arts.  I have worked with children of all ages as a teacher, coach, swim instructor and camp counselor for over 20 years! My husband is an eighth grade teacher at Jenkins Middle School and we have two fluffy cats at home. 

I look forward to a very creative 2009-2010 school year!  We will be looking at art from different cultures as we use a wide variety of materials to create our projects.  I encourage you all to be creative at home and visit a museum when you can.
