Ingredients Disclaimer

We are a food service provider. We cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of ingredient or nutritional information we provide nor liable for any adverse reactions caused by the products we sell or serve.

Our goal is to help parents/guardians and students with dietary restrictions find foods they can eat in District 11 School Meal Programs. We thoroughly research each product with its manufacturer to determine which dietary categories to apply in our database. When supporting details are available, we provide them in the "Ingredients" information section below for each product. We make a judgement call for various allergens based on allergen "aliases."

However, manufacturers may change ingredients or production practices without our knowledge. If you have severe food sensitivities or allergies, you should always contact the manufacturer directly to confirm the safety of the product for your situation.

We are constantly in the process of researching, categorizing, detailing, and updating ingredient information. If you discover an error or incomplete information about a product on this website, please tell us about it by emailing Rick.Hughes@d11.org.

Please contact our office at (719) 520-2924 if you have any questions or concerns about your student and special dietary needs or food allergies.
