A meal program designed with the Middle School student in
mind! |
| D11 Middle School meals are presented in
an appealing food court atmosphere by creating distinct food stations, each offering a
different food style. Designed with student input, The Bite™ pleases nearly
every palate. Tremendous variety is featured daily and throughout the week from the very
traditional favorites to "Grab N Go" Market items. |

Traditional lunch
selections that constantly prove to be students’ favorites. Some of the most
popular items at this station are chicken nuggets, spaghetti and a variety of pastas and
sauces, turkey gravy, and stromboli, just to name a few.
At least TWO choices are offered each day. |

Grilled
sandwiches are hot here! Hamburgers, cheeseburgers --- students never seem to tire of
these --- hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, sloppy joes and more are what’s cookin’
at the Grill . Grilled sandwiches and other hot sandwiches on a bun including
hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and RibBQue are featured daily. Hot dogs, chicken sandwiches,
and others are specials throughout the week.
A combo plate with side items and milk is offered in
addition to a la carte. |

Subs is a
sandwich station where the customer always
gets his or her way! A nice variety of fresh cut meats, cheese, and
toppings are available daily.

A "fresh" or
"Fresca" selection of freshly prepared salads are available
daily. Features include Oriental, Classic Chef, Taco Salad, and
more! |

Everyone knows how frequently pizza is
the food of choice for students and adults alike. The Bite
pizza isn’t
like the usual cafeteria fare; in local taste tests, it was selected over brand name
pizzas. Offerings include a variety of pizzas and toppings, including pepperoni, cheese,
Hawaiian, and specialty pizzas. Pizza Zone offerings with a variety of toppings including
pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza, Hawaiian pizza, specialty pizzas, and more. Combine this with two other side dishes and a milk for a
delicious lunch combo. Pizza can also be purchased by the slice. |

True to its name, The
Bite includes popular foods from around the world. The Fiesta Zone features
Southwest-style foods --- tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, enchiladas, and lots, lots
more. Two assorted side dishes and a milk
complete the meal. A la carte items are also available. |
