1. Each student attending District Eleven schools for three or more years will meet or exceed the District Content Standards at a developmentally appropriate level.
|
1. Using District approved methods of data collection, 80% of the students will be proficient in District Content Standards. Those not proficient will show continuous improvement toward the standards.

2. Students will demonstrate quality citizenship and workplace skills.
|
2a. On a structured survey given periodically, and as part of the School Achievement Report, schools will report what percent of students are regularly involved in at least one community and or Board of Education approved extra curriculum activity.
2b. The District will complete a "graduate study" on a regular basis.

1. The learning and working environment in all District Eleven sites will be physically safe.
|
1. On a structured survey given periodically, at least 80% of staff, students and community will report that the environment is positive, respectful and safe. |

2. All District Eleven sites will provide a nurturing, positive, respectful learning and working environment.

Effective and Efficient Organization

1. All schools in District Eleven will be accredited and demonstrate continuous improvement.
|
1. All schools will successfully complete the Board of Education approved accreditation process and demonstrate continuous improvement as measured by District approved and or state mandated assessments.

2. District Eleven will effectively and efficiently utilize personnel and financial resources to accomplish the Mission of the District.
|
2. On a structured survey given periodically at least 80% of the District Eleven community will report that personnel and funds are being used effectively and efficiently.
|

3. District Eleven will promote effective professional practices that support the Mission and it will provide opportunities to staff to be continual learners.
|
3. All staff will be involved in District approved training opportunities, workshops, and or advanced educational opportunities and will implement skills learned in the work setting.

4. District Eleven will report strategic and operational results to its community.
|
4. On a structured survey given periodically, at least 80% of the District Eleven Community will report that they received, or have available, the appropriate information to make informed decisions.
