IBMYP Chemistry 4 Semester Overview

Overview
This is a one semester course which serves as an introduction to chemistry and provides students with a substantial preparation for both subsidiary and higher level chemistry. Upon completing this course students will be able to perform complex chemistry calculations, execute sophisticated experiments, keep a lab notebooks, and read, effectively, a chemistry text. The chemistry concepts include atomic structure, chemical calculations, periodicity, kinetic theory, and quantum mechanics.
Prerequisite: IB Program
