Grade 7, February Unit (@ 15 days)

Overview                                                                              
During the next three weeks of quarter 3, 7th graders will be able to find out how tall a tree or building is by measuring shadows.  Ratios will be used to find out the difference between two objects.  Students will investigate how to stretch an object to create the same dimensions of another object.  Pay close attention to the Essential Questions. You may be asked to answer the questions at the end of this unit.
