Overview

Have you ever been really tired and end up in a argument with your best friend? Have you ever had too much on your plate and spend most days with a headache or tight neck muscles? Have you gone for a long run and felt exhilarated for the next few hours? If so, you will easily relate to the interrelationship of the different areas of health. In this unit you will be exploring in depth what health and wellness is on an intellectual and a personal level. You will evaluate and assess your health and wellness for strengths and weaknesses. Knowing that we all have weaknesses, we will learn a variety of skills that can and will enhance and enable you to improve in your areas of choice. You will also examining how choices and decisions that you make on a personal level can, and most likely have a ripple effect on those around you.
