Course Number: PE.RACQUET


Overview                                                                              

You don’t have to chase the ball too far in this sport, but you will be challenged physically and mentally.  In the class of racquetball you will be introduced to the basic strokes such as: the forehand and backhand drives, the drop shot, and a variety of strategic serves.  You will learn the rules of the game, proper court position, smart shot selection and singles and doubles strategy.  Quickness and agility are two fitness components that are developed and required for this fast and exciting game.
