Overview                                                                              

Physical Education 9 involves participation in units based on bio-kinetic fitness. The semester will be divided into six-week units. The major areas of emphasis will be swimming and weights/ conditioning/total body fitness.

  • A complete fitness program promotes participation in grade level skills and activities that build health and wellness including cardiovascular, flexibility, body composition, muscular strength and endurance.
