Overview
In the beautiful state of Colorado,
activities that can be done in the mountains are not only popular but
enjoyable and beneficial to your health and possible survival. One such
activity is orienteering. Orienteering incorporates cardiovascular fitness
development with topical map and compass reading skills. Orienteering
competitions challenge teams to locate specific locations designated on a
map by reading a map and using a compass in the least amount of time.
