How can my child be considered for GT programs?

Complete the GT Nomination Form along with the rating Scale. If you are a teacher, complete the Teacher Rating Scale. If you are a parent, complete the Parent Rating Scale survey. A student can complete either the parent or teacher rating scale. Once completed, please place both forms in the appropriate box in your school's office. Your Gifted Resource Teacher will contact you concerning the next steps.
