evaluation, and Evaluation Tools section are all complete. Entries
in each column reflect an understanding of the concepts presented in
Understanding by Design. It was submitted by the due date and is
ready for public review with correct use of grammar and spelling.

points - Entries in each column reflect understanding of the
concepts, but the response needs editing before public review or the
response was submitted past the due date. |

points - Not all entries reflect a clear understanding of the
concepts presented in Understanding by Design, may contain spelling
and grammar problems, may not address all of the information
requested for each section, or may not have been submitted by the
due date. |

points - Entries may include misconceptions of the concepts
presented in Understanding by Design, may contain spelling and
grammar problems, or may not have been submitted by the due date.
