Overview
 
This course will assist you in developing skills to become a healthy individual with an understanding and academic knowledge of wellness as a lifestyle, exercise and fitness, principles of nutrition, and consumer products and services. You will have the opportunity to practice making healthy nutritional choices; develop a fitness plan, while learning to differentiate between wellness myths and realities and integrate scientific principles related to nutrition with wise consumer decisions and practices.
