Overview
Continue to discover the skills of calligraphy "the way of beautiful writing." Learn ancient methods of the calligraphic line as well as contemporary styles of lettering. Apply these skills to a variety of surfaces and discover the use of tools used to create different fonts. Various media will be used when combining painting and calligraphy.
Prerequisite: Calligraphy, Level 1 or art teacher approval.
Course Length: 1 Semester  Period Length: 1 Period  Grade Level: 10-12  Credit per semester: 1 (Humanities or Elective)
