Concert Choir

Overview
This is a Level II high school vocal music class. This class requires some singing experience. Membership is drawn from highly gifted and talented vocal music students. It is the show choir and/or madrigal group. Membership is by audition, which is very competitive. Students concentrate on the same skills as in concert choir, only to a higher degree. They perform on many occasions. Choreography may be a part of the training. A variety of styles will be used at a level of difficulty designed to challenge the advanced vocal students.
Prerequisite:  A Level I vocal music class or teacher approval.
Course Length: 2 Quarters  Grade Level: 9 - 12  Credit per Semester: 1
