Jan Brett Scavenger Hunt

Jan Brett is a wonderful author and illustrator.  She has written many children's books that you will find in Columbia's library.  Today we will visit her website to learn more about Jan Brett, to learn more about her books, and just to have fun!

1. First, let's watch a video about Jan Brett at home.  Click here and then select "Play Windows Media Broadband."

2. Visit the How to Draw a Hedgehog page.  Draw your own hedgehog on your paper.

3. Decorate the gingerbread house.

4. Make a Jan Brett card.  Visit the Cards and Envelopes page.  You can make a Christmas card or a card from one of you favorite books.  You can print out your finished card.
