1.The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.

2.  Attendance:  Lori Butler, Rachel Dewey, Tim O’Brien, Dave Bergacker, Richard George, Anne Wolf, Julie Randall, Mona Egger

3.  Minutes:  The December 12th minutes were approved with revision.

4. Principal’s report

4.1 Seven students enrolled today. Enrollment stands at 425.

4.2 Goal teams will be meeting soon. The teams are discussing the following goals:

                Writing                                 consistent rubric

                Math                                      consistent fact learning by grade

                Effective and Efficient                upper  parking lot issues

                Marketing                              staff shirts

5. Sub committee reports

5.1 DAAC has not met yet.

6.0 New Business

6.1 Parent survey                 Thank you to Tim O’Brien and Dave Bergacker for writing the preliminary survey. Some questions were dropped, added or revised.  

6.2     Dave and Tim will have the revised parent survey ready for the next meeting.

6.3     Survey distribution and return methods were discussed. Anonymity is a priority.

 The meeting adjourned at 7:57 pm

The next meeting is March 13^th, 2006.
